BaseCamp for Windows and Mac OS is available here: Garmin has provided free programs for managing maps on PC - BaseCamp and Mapsource. Compilation is optimized for size and speed. Maps contain a limited set of features - forests, roads, villages. I have created maps basing on schema developed by GPS Maniak. Small, black and white screen doesn't allow for many details. From fenix 5 series, only fenix 5X supports maps. Watch fenix 3 is a different device and doesn't support maps. The same is true for similar models, like Garmin tactix, quatix i fenix 2.
